The way we lead
is the change

We translate complex ideas into accessible, embodied practice - weaving neuroscience, trauma-informed approaches and systems change into clear, collaborative action.

We’re here to steward systems that centre coherence; healing and equity - especially for children, families and the workforces that support them.

Who We Work With

heal at the level of systems,
not just individuals.

Hi,
I’m Michelle

I am a systems-thinking wellbeing leader supporting individuals, organisations and systems to embed sustainable, neuro-informed approaches to capability building and workforce development.

Underpinned by neuroscience, nervous system wisdom and embodied understanding, my work empowers professionals, families, and communities to shift from reactive to preventative practices - centering regulation, resilience, and relational safety.

Harnessing my own lived experience and continued learnings as a leader, practitioner and Calmer Kids social enterprise founder, my focus is on transforming environments to reflect what ancestral wisdom and neuroscience teaches us: that regulation and connection are foundational to growth, learning, and safety. Bridging strategy with compassion.

I advocate for curriculum and system frameworks that elevate regulation, protective behaviours, and emotional literacy to equal (if not greater) importance than reading, writing, and maths - recognising these as core competencies for thriving in today’s world.

Let’s connect to co-create more regulated, resilient, and aligned systems and workforces.

With Gratitude,
Michelle
